Capital Solutions is an independent contractor of Foundation Capital, an SBA Certified Development Company (CDC), to facilitate SBA 504 loans for owner occupied commercial real estate and fixed asset projects in the state of AL. We work with other CDC units outside of AL to provide those same services when the SBA 504 project is located outside of the state of AL.  In addition to 504 loans, Capital Solutions facilitates SBA 7(a) loans for working capital, business acquisition, refinance of existing debt, and other business needs.

Capital Solutions offers bank and borrower support with SBA loan application gathering, loan structuring, underwriting, approvals, and loan closings. We also assist with servicing and liquidation matters on an as-needed basis.   Our area of operations includes most of the Southeast, with a focus on AL, FL, GA, MS, LA, TN and NC.
